Pastor Jonathan and Missy Fuson

Lead Pastors

Bishop Jonathan & Missy Fuson

Born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, Pastor Jonathan grew up in Michigan, where he met his lovely wife, Missy. After graduating high school, he attended Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministry. Returning to Michigan, they took a pastorate in White Cloud, Michigan, and later in Belleville, Michigan. Pastor Jonathan completed his Master of Divinity degree from Liberty University. Relocating to Maryland in April 2019, they now direct the Chesapeake Christian Center (C3) as lead pastors.

Jonathan and Missy have four wonderful children: Isaac, Hannah, Josiah, and Ariel. Missy graduated from Lee University with a degree in Elementary Education and later completed a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership. Currently, she is an Assistant Principal for Anne Arundel County Public Schools and also serves as the Worship Pastor at C3. Pastor Jonathan is an avid Detroit sports fan, but since their relocation to Maryland, he has adopted the Orioles and Ravens as his two local favorite sports teams. They love camping, spending time outdoors, education, and traveling as a family.

Pastor Jonathan has a vision for intergenerational ministry, and for the surrounding communities to discover a love relationship with Jesus Christ.

Pastor Aubrey

Associate & Youth Pastor

Pastor Aubrey Roach

Pastor Aubrey has been faithfully serving in ministry for over 20 years. After giving her heart to the Lord at just 13 years old, she quickly felt the unmistakable call to serve. By age 15, she began playing bass in the youth band, later adding piano to her growing musical gifts. At 21, she embraced her call to preach and completed both CAMS and MIP, earning her ministerial credentials with the Church of God, where she has now served for over a decade.

With 10 years of experience as a Worship Pastor, Pastor Aubrey has ministered at numerous women's conferences, youth events, and church gatherings, delivering messages of hope and encouragement. She currently serves on the Delmarva-DC Youth and Discipleship Board, Delmarva-DC Regional Music Committee, and leads as Chairman of Recruitment on the Nexus Board.

She’s an identical twin, a proud dog mom, and the self-declared "cool aunt" to the best nephew and niece in the world. A creative at heart, she loves writing music, creating art, and crafting spoken word. Pastor Aubrey brings contagious energy, deep compassion, and an unwavering passion to see lives transformed. She currently serves as both our Associate Pastor and Youth Pastor, where she continues to impact the next generation with grace and purpose.

Shonda and Gary

Children's Pastors

Shonda and Gary Alleman

Shonda and Gary came to faith in Christ in 2000 and were baptized later that same year at Odenton Church of God. Drawn by the Holy Spirit and a deep desire to grow in their faith, they soon became actively involved in church life and ministry.

Shonda felt a calling to serve children’s ministry when her daughter Gloria was three years old. She stepped in to help teach the preschool class, and Gary soon joined her. Together they faithfully served as a team for eight years, teaching young children and helping with Vacation Bible School. Their heart has always been to plant seeds of faith in the next generation.

Shonda has a deep passion for children and enjoys spending time with their three grandchildren. In her free time, she loves growing flowers, reading, walking her dog Sunday, and spending time with family.

Gary has been a licensed general contractor in Maryland since 2007. He enjoys building and creating, often helping with church projects and props. With a love for the outdoors and a true “green thumb,” Gary is a jack-of-all-trades and a skilled carpenter. Most importantly, he loves the Lord and is grateful for his relationship with Christ.

Together, Shonda and Gary are grateful for the opportunity to serve God and invest in the lives of children and families at C3.
